Fruit update.

I accidentally knocked off two of my little 'Pickering' mangoes. How sad. I dissected one to see the little seed forming inside.

The blurry picture below is my seemingly successful attempt at grafting a scion from 'Julie' onto my Madame Francis seedling.

My little mangoes on 'Glenn' is getting bigger.

'Graham' dropped all of its fruit-lings. So far 'Julie', 'Glenn', 'Pickering' and 'Edward' are the only ones with fruit. Time will tell if they hold them to maturity.

Update on growth

I repotted a whole bunch of my mango trees into new Geopots. I hope these are the ones that are UV resistant. I now have a bunch of older geopots that I need to figure out what to do with. While repotting, I got to see how the roots were doing. I had bought about 20 Boxer Brown Root Pouches for repotting my mangoes, however I thought the stitching on them were lousy and low quality, so I opted for the geopots.

Coconut Cream
Growth is starting to be lopsided. Not sure why? This guy seems to favor growth on three branches and completely ignoring the others.

It's growth is pretty vigorous compared to the others.

Harvest Moon #1

My Harvest Moon #2 is dying. How sad. I repotted it in the hopes that it will recover but it doesn't look good.

Julie #5
I prune this Julie to try to rebalance the growth from being lopsided.

Julie #4
I'll have to one day prune this Julie too; because its lopsided.

The one mango tree that hasn't done anything. When digging it up to be repotted, I did notice new root growth; so maybe its putting all its energies to that process?

Valencia Pride
I'm gonna have to severely prune this guy down once the fruit is off. The crotch between the two branches is pretty weak and partially decayed.
