All together now.

They are now all together. I semi-wrapped a plastic bag around Tebow's posts to diffuse some of the direct sunlight.
I wanted to make sure air was still getting to Tebow.
Julie is doing well and definitely showing me that Mangoes can be grown in Hydroton.
My Manilla Mango is not showing any signs of growth? Can't figure out why but maybe I should transplant it into a pot?

Moved outdoors

I moved Edward and Julie #2 outdoor next to Julie #1.
Not sure if they are ready but at the rate Edward was dropping his leaves I thought I better do it now.
Julie #2 is budding new leaves. I hope this means her root system has recovered?
Julie #1 is doing great still.
Tebow on the other hand, is struggling. I move him outside in partial shade; outside my bedroom. I am hoping this will get him to perk up.

Come on Tebow!

Julie with new bigger leaves & new plants update.

Julie #1 is doing great outside. The warm weather really boost her growth I think. Check her new leaves.
Edward has dropped more leaves but I noticed small buds pushing out. Maybe?
Julie #2 has no leaves now. But at least her stems are still plump.
Tebow is still green but really looking shriveled. I'm chanting for him to survive.
Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo Tebow!

Pruned Edward.

I couldn't wait. I pruned Edward back (I read that its good to do this after transplanting) in the hopes of shaping it to a "dwarf" form. I feel like I violated poor Edward in some terrible way.
I took the two pruned off cuttings (trimmed off leaves down to two each) and put them into glass jars with a mixture of diatomaceous rock and coir. Into that I poured a mixture of KLN, Bio-Weed, sugar and B1. I dipped the cuttings into rooting hormone before inserting them into the media. I then bagged them. I read that cutting can root but it won't have the benefit of a tap-root.

Sugar

Well, my guys are struggling. So I discovered online (what will I do without the internet?) that sugar water is a good transplant shock preventer; as it stimulates root development. So, when I got home, I mixed a concoction of 1 liter of water with sugar, liquid seaweed kelp, vitamin B1 (with chelates) and Dyna-gro KLN. I really hope this works. Although, I think I was suppose to do this during bare rooting/transplanting.
Poor Julie #2 is down to one leaf.
Tebow is sad.
Edward is being a sport. I'm guessing his size is helping him cope a little bit more but he still dropped a lot of leaves.
Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo to them all.

Anthracnose... DOH!

I increased the humidity around the trees and now I have to deal with a fungus called anthracnose. I didn't realize it but the black spots on the bottom of Edward's leaves was the fungus. It spread but Edward was pretty resilient.
Julie #2 got the worst of it. Pretty much all of her leaves became severely infected. Only a few of her leaves look okay. Most of her other leaves look like they're dead or dying. But the stems so far remain green. I discovered that Neem Oil is a good fungicide and so happens that I have Neem Oil (from Dyna-Gro) that I bought a long time ago to battle wooly-mites on my orchids. Hurray. I am hoping it has already stopped the progress of the fungus.
Poor Tebow looks sad. I repotted him so the root stock was lower into the grow medium. The roots look distressed for sure. Tebow is wilting simply from its roots not working. I'm also misting Neem Oil on Tebow as you can see some of his new leaves are damaged from anthracnose.
Roots deeper into medium.

Tebow

I used my knife to clean up Tebow's graft a little bit. Trimmed off the dead wood.

Used a stick to straighten his stem a bit.

Humidity

Julie is definitely showing signs of drying. So I placed a plastic bag over her and plan to have the Humidifier running 24/7 until her roots start working again.
I tried a smaller bag but...

Julie's leaf colors?

Julie has leaves that are different in color at the top compared to bottom?
Gosh?

The new gang.

Julie is having 'drying up' issues. I can see the leaves on the bottom turning brown. The leaves above look good still but I'm gonna keep misting Julie just to be safe.
Edward on the other hand, looks great. He's showing some shriveling at the tips but is still plump.
Here is a shoot of all three waiting in my bedroom. I will keep them here for a week before they go outside.
